Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate, creative and result-oriented Marketing & PR Manager, who will design, coordinate and implement Marketing Communication & PR activities for XPLAIN brand.
- Developing the marketing strategy for the brand “”XPLAIN”” in line with company objectives
- Co-ordinating marketing communication campaigns with sales activities
- Creating and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
- Managing and improving lead-generation campaigns, measuring results
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Preparing online marketing campaigns
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing communications
- Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are contribute to the marketing objectives
- Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
- Creating content, writing reports, press releases and similar documents
- Designing and organizing company’s participation in international events
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 10 years in a B2B Marketing/Communication/PR positions
- Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Marketing
- Experience on developing and executing marketing plans
- social media savvy
- verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
- power user of Microsoft Office and especially powerpoint
- Tech-savvy with the ability to effectively adopt new digital tools
- Great organizational and planning skills, ability to work effectively on multiple projects, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, attention to detail, mastering marketing communication strategies and methodologies, self motivation
