Optimal HR Group on behalf of its client – a renowned luxury brand in jewelry and watches – is looking for a Marketing Specialist to design and implement the entire marketing strategy and activities of the company.
The ideal candidate will have a proven experience in leading marketing campaigns in retail and supports the sales operations with the alignment of brand’s strategic direction of the product’s portfolio to achieve financial targets.
Responsibilities
- Prepares Marketing Plans (including new product launches, promotional activities)
- Responsible for advertising and promotion planning to achieve company objectives
- Develops the distribution of products, following the brand’s strategy
- Manages sales, Customer Services, marketing, merchandising and inventory
- Implements marketing strategy to maximize brand’s positioning and awareness
- Manages marketing budget for the region
- Designs strategies and tactics to increase sales at the retail level
- Prepares forecasts and reports. Analyses results and proposes action plans
- Explores new media opportunities
- Digital Marketing experience is a plus
Requirements
- BSc degree in Marketing Studies
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the luxury watch market, or similar product
- Familiarity with international business environments
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- English language is a must
