Trenkwalder Hellas on behalf of its client based in the heart of Athens is searching for high calibre talent for the position of On trade Sales Manager Spirits & Wines.
Role Description
- Prepare the business for expansion in the market by developing internal systems as well as customer sales and service management
- Improve distribution and brand performance
- Maximise profit and increase market share
- Ensure optimum utilisation of spend budgets while responding to competitor activity
- Develop the Sales team while managing your own time effectively
- Work closely with Marketing and Supply Chain to continually review brand, sales and order fulfillment performance and develop improved strategies
- Create account plans for each customer to ensure business growth through marketing
- Influence key stakeholders within the customer base
- Commercially analyse and evaluate proposals for promotions / trade support to ensure leverage for business growth
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have
- An education to degree level or equivalent, preferably within Management
- Substantial Sales experience
- An in-depth understanding of the Sales function and the ability to convert brand plans into implementable Trade Marketing plans
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent commercial acumen and interpersonal skills and the ability to forge relationships
