Paladino S.A. is seeking to recruit a qualified professional for the position of Operations Analyst in the Collections Business Unit.
Responsibilities
- Analyze in depth historical and recent data in order to identify trends & patterns
- Provide management with process and effectiveness improvement proposals
- Generate analytical and complex reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Perform portfolio analysis using data mining techniques
- Perform ad hoc analysis to cover operation needs
- Engage in operational activities to support Collection Business Unit
- Acts as liaison between Operations and IT in order to improve existing infrastructure according to needs
Qualifications
- University Degree in one of the following sciences: Economics, Business Administration,Statistics, Operations Research
- Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar position
- Banking and/or Collection experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
- T-SQL and Relational Databases experience highly desirable
- Fluency in English
