Responsibilities
We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. You are the right candidate, if:
- You are analytical thinker, organized with strong can-do attitude and positive mentality
- You understand the needs & goals of a start-up company
What you will be doing:
- Be responsible for the community database & perform community engagement operations (eg. perform screening, draft & send newsletters, support members requests etc)
- Perform research analysis, as well as data entry
- Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of project/daily tasks
- Monitor tasks progress and handle any issues that arise
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in Operations or Project Management
- Excellent ability to work independently as well as within a team setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced computer literacy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Fluent in English (preferably C1 level & above)
- Good knowledge of Spanish or German language is a plus
- General medical knowledge/terminology is a strong plus
