Cityzen Parking & Services, the #1 Parking Company in Greece, seeks to employ an Operations Manager for an International Airport in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
The position reports to the Operations Director and its duties include:
- Organizing the Operations
- Ensuring the enforcement of Company’s Policies and Procedures
- Ensuring proper personnel management and evaluation
- Monitoring personnel training
- Preparing and monitoring the annual budget and P&Ls
- Monitoring the relevant KPIs
- Ensuring the implementation of promotional activities in coordination with the commercial department
- Managing the on-time implementation of ad hoc projects
- Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions according to quality control findings
- Ensuring the implementation of maintenance and cleaning schedules
- Maintaining a high level communication with the Client
Qualifications
- University degree of technology/polytechnic, business or other relevant discipline
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- At least 5+ years of experience preferably in operations in customer service sectors
- Customer-oriented mentality with focus on results and quality
- Excellent communication skills and problem solving capabilities
- Organized with ability to take initiatives
- Flexible and team player
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of ISO and OHSAS management systems
- Knowledge of Arabic will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP
- Age up to 45 years old
