Payroll Analyst is accountable for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and its various procedures, including computations, data entry, work schedules, bank payments and preparation of reports and payslips.
Responsible for all communications and transactions with insurance agencies used for various compensation programs that are provided to employees as well as all transactions and payments to all social security agencies, primary and secondary. Responsible for communicating with employees regarding various leaves, labor law, payroll, bonuses, wages, benefits and any other issues that might arise. Also, accountable for running the necessary audits and controlling processes that enable smooth implementation of the various benefits provided to all employees.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of all payroll transactions (overtime, shifts, commissions, cost centers, termination payments etc), reviewing all outputs and reconciling
- Update system and maintain accurate data
- Manage all employee queries regarding various payroll/benefits issues
- Provide standard and ad hoc reports to support organizational needs
- Manage compliance with legal legislation regarding all payroll transactions
- Data & reporting activities
- Effectively run reconciliation reports for Employee lines, Vf own mobiles, Credit Cards, medical program etc
- Other needs/projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Systems expertise (SAP preferred, or any other ERP or HR System)
- Advanced excel skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Very good communication, interpersonal and team working skills
- Management of own time, priorities, and resources to achieve goals
- Stakeholder management abilities (relationship management and consultancy skills)
- Strong project management skills
- University degree in HR or Finance
- Fluent in English oral and writing
