The Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist will take over the responsibility of all digital campaigns handling with respect to Structure, Strategy, Targeting, Bidding, Optimization, Analysis and Reporting. He / She will also be also responsible for the Search Engine Optimization of digital assets in OPAP.
Responsibilities
- Plans, executes and analyzes awareness & conversion based campaigns through Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & Yahoo – and in general through all available performance based digital channels
- Collects and analyzes data, identifies trends and insights in order to achieve efficient results in Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn search, display and video campaigns
- Manages campaign costs, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
- Controls & utilizes flexible budget per channel based on performance and maintains full media budget report on a daily basis
- Tracks, reports and analyzes website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Provides full detailed report after each campaign end with conclusions and insights
- Performs ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Participates in the online channel acquisition strategy formation
- Recommends changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
- Performs SEO audits
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business or other relevant field. Also a Postgraduate Degree will be preferable
- 5+ years of performance optimization related work experience within gaming, forex, travel, technology, FMCGs or digital advertising agencies
- Strong understanding of performance based advertising platforms (especially Google AdWords and Facebook ads)
- Excellent working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Knowledge of the industry’s trends and latest developments regarding SEO/SEM optimization
- Strong mathematical and data analysis skills
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising
- Strong analytical thinking, quantitative skills and problem solving abilities
- Excellent Customer Service skills and willingness to go the extra mile in order to deliver
- Results-focused and metrics-driven, self-motivated and flexible
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent command of the English language in both writing and speaking
- Knowledge of Google DoubleClick products is desirable
- Gaming related experience and knowledge of OPAP’s game portfolio are highly desirable
- Availability to work out of hours and/or remotely if needed
