Adaplo is an automated advertising solution for e-commerce stores. We believe that in the era where self-driving cars drive in US, it does not make sense for online advertising to be so complicated. And we are on a mission to solve this problem for the 2.5 million e-commerce stores.
We are a technology company and we are looking for our first non-engineering hire, an Account Manager that will help us provide better service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to hone their online marketing strategy and to be able quickly resolve advertiser issues, including campaign performance and platform bugs
- Manage the PPC accounts for a handful of Clients we have on “”managed services””
- Lead the customer on-boarding process so that new customers go live with all the correct tracking in a timely manner
- Create content that showcases PPC best practices and learnings from internal experiments as part of our content marketing strategy
- Contribute to the Product Team by offering ideas on new features, surfacing bugs and providing feedback on new releases
Qualifications & Skills
- English fluency (our new customers are from US/UK)
- Minimum 2 years experience in running PPC accounts (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads)
- Willingness to grow and openness to feedback (core parts of our Culture)
- Acquired all Google AdWords certifications (if you have not, now you a good reason to do so)
- Bonus points if you have:
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, advanced charts)
- Writing experience
