PAL is a leading Greek manufacturer and distributor of Cookware. The company sells to all major Supermarket chains. Due to continuous growth, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate Product Manager to join us as:
Responsibilities
- Conducts customer research and employs marketing analytics techniques to gather important data for product planning
- Conducts competition analysis identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising
- Develops product pricing & positioning strategies
- Introduces new products or improvements to existing products
- Develops a comprehensive product plan in collaboration with Sales
- Assists in the preparation, launch and marketing/merchandising support of new products
- Provides support and coordination on all phases of the product and merchandizing program
- Liaises with external communication and creative agencies to ensure proper and integrated communication of new products (Events, Corporate Branding)
- Assists in the planning and execution of digital activities to reach the target audience, liaising with digital agencies to execute campaigns and analyze results (traffic etc.) for future strategy (Internet sites, Social media)
- Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests
- Utilizes internal & external feedback to sustain a strong product position
- Monitors the impact of promotional/merchandizing events
- Ensures accurate forecasting and inventory management
- Compiles the relevant reporting
Qualifications & Skills
- Bsc / Msc / MBA University Degree coupled with Marketing interest and passion
- Minimum three (3) years of working experience in a Marketing department, preferably on product management
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Excellent PC skills
- Availability for travelling
- Flexibility
