This is a unique career opportunity for a competent Product Manager who feels ready to take on the next challenge and join ZuluTrade. Reporting to the CEO and collaborating closely with the CTO, you will be responsible for delivering superior value to our international customers and integrated brokers around the world, by building and executing an actionable plan for the management of the platform, as for its integration and complimentary operation with the rest of ZuluTrade products.
Responsibilities
As part of your role, you will be responsible to:
- Research and analyze market developments, competition activity, and Forex industry trends in order to contribute to the long and short-term product strategy and planning
- Collect data from market research, reporting analytics, customer feedback, discussions with product team members, engineering meetings, as well as from direct communication with brokers, signal providers (traders) and followers
- Assimilate the collected information to identify customers’ needs and shape a vision for the platform’s features, suggesting modifications, improvements or new feature development
- Agree your vision with the Management, share it across company functions and get buy in internally
- Closely work with the engineering team (including back-end, web, mobile, QA and IT) as well as with the project managers, to analyze technical requirements, establish time schedules, make iterations, solve problems, prepare ROI analyses and ensure that objectives are met
- Make recommendations regarding platform’s pricing and work on optimizing production costs to increase ROI
- Launch new features by developing time-integrated plans between engineering, sales, and marketing; provide source data for product communication and marketing material as necessary
- Prepare product related reports for the Upper Management, as well as short-term and long-term forecasts
Qualifications & Skills
To succeed in this role, you should be able to quickly familiarize with the Forex industry, build in depth understanding of the social trading model, the platform and its features, while find the intersection between our business logic, technology stack, and customers’ segments. Acting as a role model, you would also need to successfully assimilate changes, seeking efficiency and process optimization on a product / function / organization level.
In addition to the above, we have also identified the following requirements:
- BSc in Computer Science or other related field. Additional business studies will be highly appreciated
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology product management
- Proven track record in successfully leading product teams
- Fluency in English, both oral and in written
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and business mindset
- Results oriented and self-motivated
- Clearly oriented towards efficiency and working the smart way
