ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a well-known company in the Renewable Energy market with a large portfolio of Wind and other Renewables projects, is seeking for a qualified Project Manager to join them and enhance their growth plans.
Responsibilities
- Manage the contracts for the full scope of Wind Farm projects, from pre-feasibility stage to construction, operation and maintenance
- Overall responsibility for the full projects ´execution and management of the project team to deliver according to agreed goals and expectations
- Deliver expert technical advice to clients including technical-commercial optimization of the project
- Manage the contacts with clients and project contractors and serve as focal point
- Provide progress report and other status updates to clients and management as required
Qualifications & Skills
Candidate’s profile:
- Electrical/Mechanical Engineering University Degree. MBA, or other postgraduate degree will be considered as asset
- Solid project management experience within Wind Farm projects
- Good knowledge of EPC contract for wind energy projects
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise and influence effectively diverse teams
- Advanced planning and organizing abilities
- Strong achievement orientation and efficiency
- Adaptability, innovation and problem solving thinking
- Proactive, with business understanding
