ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a Luxury Fashion Retail company with boutique stores in luxury resorts in Greece, is looking for a driven Retail Manager.
This is a great opportunity for a high energy and entrepreneurial retail professional, with excellent sales skills and store management experience in the fashion market, who will be responsible to ensure that the company will meet and exceed expectations of business development and efficiency, aligned with the ambitious plan for expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage stores sales supervisors and sales staff, aiming at a successful team spirit
- Establish criteria for recruiting, orienting and training the sales staff
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve growth of sales targets
- Establish store and company sales targets and incentive schemes for achieving them
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred
- At least 5 years of sales experience, within a Retail Clothing/Fashion/Garment industry
- Experience in store management is necessary
- Experience in chain stores is preferred
- High level of integrity, maturity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result orientation
- Strong interpersonal, communications and organizational skills with a highly developed service focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other languages will be a plus
