Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to the Reward strategy development & implementation and to provide expert advice on organisational effectiveness initiatives (job evaluation, organizational structures, etc.)
- Conducts in depth reviews of the reward& benefits policies & practices using market insights and proposes improvements to ensure market competitiveness and internal fairness
- Implements accurately and in-time monthly activities on pay management, short& long term incentives, benefit schemes, reporting and mobility processes
- Works with Group to assure adherence to global strategic plans and policies
- Runs all activities of the Annual Salary Review (preparation, budget monitoring, communication, inquiries resolution)
- Conducts organizational benchmarking exercises and applies job evaluation methodologies
- Prepares reward proposals for new hires / internal promotions
Qualifications & Skills
- Solid professional experience in Reward / Compensation & Benefits (min. 1-2 years)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good Interpersonal & presentation skills
- Good understanding of commercial drivers and business levers to use in own area of expertise
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics or relevant numeric discipline
- Excellent command of MS Excel
- Fluency in English
