KYON is expanding its team and is looking for a Sales Manager – Global Accounts, to lead the global account management and commercial growth in the US and Europe.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO / Co-founder and supervising an International Sales Associate, you will work in a cross-functional team environment and be responsible for leading the strategic plan of expanding our global B2B sales, as for achieving sales targets and assigned strategic account objectives.

  • Create new revenue streams, expand and/or establish new B2B global accounts, such as chains of consumer electronics and pet shops, as well as our distributors’ network
  • Participate in forecast development and supply forecast to manufacturing – working with relevant stakeholders
  • Steer proper coordination for R&D projects and own the follow up for flawless service execution; work closely with our local engineering team and our manufacturing representative to ensure successful order fulfillment
  • Act as the go-to-person for any matters related to KYON’s e-commerce platform/channel
  • Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of direct and indirect competitor offerings and collaborate with a range of functional areas, including Sales, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Supply Chain
    Provide support, guidance, and leadership to the Sales Associate(s)
    Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by the CEO within the context of the role

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales/commercial account management in the technology industry
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or technology. An MBA will be also appreciated
  • Full professional proficiency in English is a must, mother tongue being a preference. Additional languages will be considered an asset
  • Experience preparing sales proposals, using calculation models, negotiating and closing comprehensive long-term service and supply contracts
  • Ability to work independently while also act as an effective contributor in a cross-functional work environment
  • Ability to function in a fast paced organization where schedules can vary greatly due to changing requirements
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong numerical skills and commercial/entrepreneurial mindset
  • Results orientation and the ability to maintain focus and composure under pressure
  • Ability to travel reasonably as required by the role
