Due to continued growth of operations, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Advisor to join our Deal Advisory practice.
Reporting to a Manager, the appointed candidate will be actively involved in the implementation of diversified & challenging engagements in the area of sell side/ buy side transactions (mergers & acquisitions, divestures, joint ventures, privatizations, NPL portfolios etc.).
Qualifications
- University Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics / Banking at a postgraduate level.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CFA), would be highly appreciated.
- At least three years of IFRS experience in transaction and/ or audit support, preferably in a professional services firm. Good knowledge of revised Greek Accounting Standards would be a plus.
- Computer literacy (excellent Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint knowledge)
- Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner, (both in English and in Greek).
- Commitment to providing excellent quality work under deadlines while building client relationships.
- Analytical thinking, structured rationale, coupled with a team spirit approach.
