We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a well-rounded Senior Consultant with in-depth expertise in Reward and/ or Leadership Practice.
This role will contribute in Aon Hewitt’s Talent, Rewards, and Performance Consulting Practice in the Athens office.
Responsibilities
The focus of the role is to:
- Expand business opportunities with existing clients and develop new prospects
- Manage and deliver complex client projects on Reward/Leadership from start to end, according to standards of high quality and within required budget and timelines
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients
- Design innovative, effective and customized Reward programs to meet the needs of growing organizations
- Deliver workshops in Reward/Leadership or other areas of Consulting as Co-Facilitator
- Maintain a broad level understanding of Aon Hewitt’s core businesses and practices
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues in the global Aon Hewitt network
- Enhance team efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness by sharing and leveraging best practices
- Contribute in carrying out various marketing and PR activities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading University is required; HR, engineering or economics preferred
- MBA or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or any other related field is required
- 4-7 years of relevant working experience in the consulting sector
- Previous experience in the Banking sector (in the HR and/ or Management Consulting) would be considered an asset
- Excellent command of English language (both oral and written)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
