Responsibilities
Manage targeted below the line activities including offers’ definition, campaigns’ design and execution, channels’ communication and campaigns’ evaluation, aiming to provide customers more benefits, improve NPS & drive ARPU uplift in enterprise fixed base.
- Design proactive and reactive tariff migrations to specific customers, aiming to provide more benefits, maintain customer revenue & improve customer satisfaction
- Design proactive below the line targeted campaigns aiming to provide the most suitable solution to the customer & improve customer satisfaction
- Drive customer insights to meaningful actions
- Monitor ROI of specific activities and take corrective actions
- Perform deep-dive analysis using analytical and statistical tools (primarily PASW Modeller & SAS) on very large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets
- Build statistical models to identify most ‘appealing’ target population given appropriate actions
- Contribution in defining marketing strategy with good understanding of financial implications of marketing decisions
Qualifications & Skills
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Advanced Analytical Skills & Commercial Thinking

- Very good organizational, problem solving and time management skills

- Perform deep-dive analysis using analytical and statistical tools (primarily PASW Modeller & SAS) on very large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets
- Use statistical models and methods to identify most ‘appealing’ target population given appropriate actions
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in CVM/Marketing /Finance/BI
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Marketing Research, Computer Science, Economics or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience
