Interamerican, member of Achmea Group seeks to employ a Senior Risk Analyst.
Responsibilities
Job holder will be employed in the Risk Management department with main responsibilities:
- Perform a gross risk analysis and the respective risk assessment in order to assist in formulating the annual risk management plan and updating the current risk management framework
- Perform periodic risk assessments regarding products, strategic projects and strategic objectives as part of the Business Planning
- Quarterly reviews of the key controls performed at Business level and monitoring of actions related to inefficient control levels
- Assist in the preparation of the quarterly risk reports
- Quarterly monitoring of the actual risk profile and reporting of any deviations from the existing tolerance levels
- Quarterly monitoring of the Solvency II results regarding insurance risks
- Assist in the requirements related to the partial internal model
- Assist in the preparation of all the regulatory reports (RSR, SFCR, ORSA)
- Monitor the required actions related to material risks and/or moderate control levels as part of the ICS process
- Interpret and assist in the implementation of all the new local regulatory requirements
- Localize the risk policies in compliance with the local regulatory requirements
- Monitoring of the Data Quality Assurance Cycle regarding insurance risks
Qualifications & Skills:
- University degree and/or Master in Finance/Economics/Risk Management
- Experience in actuarial analysis
- Proficiency in English
- Proficient use of MS Office suite
- At least 5 years of experience in financial sector or audit firms specialized in insurance sector
