Responsibilities
- Handling and improving service procedures
- Develop and implement service packages and pricing
- Design and improve service procedure
- Handle and manage service and retail added value services P&L
- Be responsible for customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Manage customers’ and suppliers’ problems and DOA procedures
- Monitor and improve existing retail services
- Developing and implementing new retail added value services
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
Qualifications & Skills
- University degree in Business /Marketing / computer science or equivalent
- Postgraduate studies will be considered a must
- 4-5 years of experience in a service, marketing/ product management position
- Excellent command of the English language and excellent PC skills
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
- Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation
- Business acumen
