Responsibilities
- Build and manage day-to-day social media profiles and presence, in all social media platforms
- Create engaging content appropriate for each social media platform
- Work with Facebook power editor
- Collect, analyze and report on social media and traffic data on a regular basis.
- Track the right metrics, integrate and strategize the best tools and practices on those platforms
- Identify new tools & trends in social media, content marketing and digital content space
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field
- 2 years of experience in community management and content planning for a major brand within an agency environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Talent and passion for writing & creating content that engages people
- Multitasking, ability to perform under pressure
