Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle and will work closely with business, advising them on best practices and providing them daily support in all their recruitment needs. She/he will also contribute to initiatives related to employer branding, social media leverage, process improvement, selection tools, etc.
Responsibilities
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure both speed and quality of hires
- Drive and recommend resourcing strategies to successfully meet required skills and behaviours at any time
- Leverage all recruiting channels to identify and recruit the very best candidates
- Interview internal and external candidates, using competency based interviewing methodologies
- Create and maintain a positive candidate experience from initial screening to offer
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with line managers, suppliers, wider HR community, and team members to create a partnership that delivers success and credibility
- Monitor key performance indicators and data
Qualifications & Skills
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Good level of knowledge in recruiting lifecycle would be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility with stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills in effectively managing multiple projects
- Creativity to identify new opportunities in attracting and recruiting candidates
- Results driven
- Very good level of critical thinking
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English language
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of social media
