Responsibilities

In the context of your responsibilities for Greece as a Talent Acquisition Executive , you will need to:

  • Support by attracting and selecting the best talents for today’s and future needs, while ensuring the best candidates’ experience
  • Build your own TA capabilities and support your colleagues in building TA capabilities
  • Manage full-fledged integration and onboarding of employees
  • Run recruitment, consult and support LMs in selection and usage of the right TA tools – Perform screening and interviews
  • Organize and facilitate Assessment Centers
  • Support implementation of internships’ framework
  • Organize the participation in job fairs

Qualifications & Skills

You should hold a University or other equivalent Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or Psychology. The successful candidate will have maximum 2-3 years of proven professional experience in Attraction & Selection with a large multinational company. Excellent command of English as well as good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
