NN Hellas is looking for a Business Analyst.
Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact between the business units of NN Hellas and IT dept. in order to understand business process management and business requirements of the customers and translate them to specific software requirements.
- Analyse, document and agree requirements with Business Owner.
- Translate requirements into application design documentation, according to standard templates using natural language.
- Accountable for developing business requirements, functional requirements, testing, training and setting up / configuring applications into production environments.
- Coordinate software developers and other end users to ensure that the delivered solution meets the necessary quality criteria and end users requirements.
- Identify software bugs resolution (mainly first level resolution).
- Execute the System Integration Tests.
- Support and control users in the preparation, executing and evaluation of acceptance testing.
- Prepare training material and provide training to users.
- Setup products/parameters on system.
- Participate in all project phases.
- Identify organization’s strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement.
- Develop feasibility studies for IT Solution.
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent knowledge of MSOffice.
- Proven Knowledge of Enterprise Architectures, Java or .Net Development, XML messaging, relational database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server or DB2) is necessary.
- At least 3 years of business / technical experience in the Insurance, Banking services industry as Business Analyst and/or Programmer in new technologies.
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of Greek and English language.
- Knowledge of modelling methodologies of requirements.
- Computer Technician Degree or Degree on Analysis Relative Subject will be considered a plus. Proven Business Analysis skills will be considered an asset.
- Familiarity with Informational Management methodology and software development life cycle will be considered a plus.
- Familiarity with Bancassurance industry will be considered an asset.
