ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a company leader in its field, is looking for an experienced professional for the position of Trade Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the Marketing & the Sales departments
  • Analyze competition, sales and market
  • Category Management / Account Plans
  • Develop Marketing & Sales Plans for Key Accounts
  • Create initial files, data entered, analyze data and evaluate
  • Brand Promotions to the trade
  • Collaboration with Marketing Department and assist in all issues such as finding gifts, pop material, etc.
  • Implementation of all necessary actions
  • Follow up the procedures of all in-stores promotions
  • Develop promotional plans per customer in areas such as: Window Displays, Shelf Spaces, End Cups, Radio & TV Commercials, Catalogues, Gifts for in-store promos and POP material
  • Develop plans for all outsourcing needs, such as push girls, merchandisers
  • Contact and handling budget of outsourcing companies
  • Point of Sales
  • Coordinate and assist the sales department for the collection of POS data
  • Analyze all data, filtering info and compare data per code/category/company/customer with previous years

Qualifications & Skills

  • University degree preferably on Marketing or Business Administration
  • 3 – 5 years in a relevant role
  • Experience in product management, preferably in a multinational consumer goods company
  • In depth experience in promotional marketing activities with big accounts
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Strong PC skills
  • Excellent numerical & analytical skills
  • Strategic thinker able to come up with long term planning, set goals and priorities, and identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Strong business partnering & influence skills
  • Passionate and self-motivated
