The TV CVM Product Manager will be responsible to design and execute the Vodafone TV CVM strategy across customers segments, including ARPU and usage profitability initiatives, in-life customer relationship, retention and churn propensity modelling.
Responsibilities
- Design proactive in-base activities across channels, management of all relative actions, including offer definition and campaign build, aiming to provide customers more benefits, maintain customer revenue & improve customer satisfaction
- Drive customer insights to meaningful actions
- Monitor ROI of specific activities and take corrective actions
- Perform deep-dive analysis using analytical and statistical tools (primarily PASW Modeller & SAS) on very large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets
- Build statistical models to identify most ‘appealing’ target population given appropriate actions
- Contribution in defining marketing strategy with good understanding of financial implications of marketing decisions

- Use statistical models and methods to identify most ‘appealing’ target population given appropriate actions
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in CVM/Marketing /Finance/BI
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Marketing Research, Computer Science, Economics or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience
