We are looking for a proven Digital Marketing and eCommerce leader who will be responsible for driving revenue and new customer acquisition through digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the online marketing strategy across all forms of marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Build the project plan and timeline for this work, and execute all campaigns necessary to accelerate eCommerce revenue growth.
- Design, build and maintain the social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Plan and Manage the Digital Marketing Budget
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven 3 years working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in using a web Content Management System
- Experience with A/B and/or multivariate experiments
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Team spirit
- Fluent in English
- Google AdWords and Analytics certifications is prerequisite
- Past experience in online pharmacies, online beauty stores or online supermarkets is considered a plus
