Responsibilities

To sustain a profitable growth for Vodafone Greece in the PayTV era, via managing the new TV platform launch, new features, user interface and experience. This role will be critical in driving the Vodafone TV competitiveness and share growth by improving customer experience, driving brand consideration, and ARPU increase.

  • Overviews the delivery of the new Vodafone TV platform between multiple x-country and x-departmental stakeholders
  • Owns the customers’ insights related to Vodafone TV experience & generates ideas to meet consumers’ wants through new & future proof platform features
  • Analyses the external services and market trends and designs the Vodafone TV platform technical evolution & roadmap
  • Develops OTT product requirements and specs based on internal needs and external market opportunities; explores new ideas with engineers and designers
  • Assesses and proposes the integration of new technologies into the platform so that to improve user interface, product performance and attractiveness
  • Communicates requirements and negotiates priorities with technical teams using in-depth knowledge and experience of technical delivery processes

Qualifications & Skills

Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience

  • At least 4 years of experience in TV as a product or TV platform management (in marketing or product management)
  • Excellent knowledge of TV platform technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and stakeholders engagement skills
  • Advanced project management skills

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in engineering
  • Post graduate Degree in marketing / management
  • Fluency in English
