Generation Y – International eBusiness Experts, a well-established and highly successful interactive agency based in Athens, Greece, seeks a professional to work in Web Analytics.
Responsibilities
- You will support editorial teams with reporting, long-analysis, and troubleshooting reports
- You will utilize data to support campaign optimization across multiple media channels and procure insights to support campaign optimization
- You will analyze scenarios to assess the impacts of various factors on business performance
- Design and implement web site analytics strategies that deliver the required metrics while allowing for efficient and flexible tag processes
- Develop a strong understanding of all digital channels to facilitate more strategic uses of the available data
- Work closely with other team (Digital Marketing Manager) to ensure that quality actionable information is being efficiently delivered to clients and account teams
- Engage Digital Marketing Manager to analyze results in order to formulate actionable recommendations
- Write specification documents and design experiments to test new strategies and opportunities for growth; Analyze experiment results to drive optimization.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree, preferably an MS in mathematics, statistics, operations research, computer science, engineering, econometrics, or similar quantitative analytics discipline
- 3 years of experience in digital media with an emphasis in analytics, optimization tools, and/or business intelligence
- 1+ years of experience in social analytics
- 3+ years of experience Google Analytics (configuration, APIs, reporting automation, and dashboarding)
- Good business sense with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent command of the English and Greek language both written amp; spoken
- Knowledge of keyword analysis and conversion analysis
- Goal and detailed oriented
- Personable, presentable and articulate
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adjust and set priorities to meet deadlines
- Strong administration, organizational skills and teamwork skills.
