Aegean Airlines is looking for an Ancillary Services Digital Marketing Assistant will be responsible for monitoring, marketing and reporting of existing ancillary services through Aegean and Olympic digital presence.
Responsibilities
This position brings along the following responsibilities
- Ensures that existing and new products are in line with the company’s brand and customer experience
- Monitors and assists in weekly & monthly reporting
- Overseeing online campaigns creative and production of each tactic
- Monitors the effectiveness and outcome of tactics & touch points
- Updates site and various touch points
- Works with our providers to enhance digital services & new developments
- Assists in the testing of new development of new tools and testing of new services
- Assists in the overall running of ancillary services such as invoicing and coordinating meetings with partners and providers
- Assists marketing with material and presence of partnerships/ ancillary products
- Where and when relevant ensures ancillary products are promoted
- Executes digital communication plan (email campaigns, owned media, website etc.) with each partner to maximize revenue
Qualifications & Skills
Candidates should have the following personal requirements:
- Strong digital marketing skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good process thinker
- Online marketing and user experience
- Very high level of ownership, initiative and responsibility
- Team oriented
- Good written and communication skills
- Ability of planning, implementing and coordinating ongoing tasks & partners
And the following educational requirements and work experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s Degree on relevant subject would be a plus
- Experience in online marketing and/or UX
- At least 1-2 years’ work experience in digital services
- Travel industry experience will be considered an asset
- Fluent Greek and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent MS Office skills & good writing skills ( English and Greek)
- Photoshop and/or CMS experience would be a plus
