We are looking for a passionate, creative and strategic-minded B2B Marketing Communications Manager, who will take initiatives and has the ability to coordinate activities for XPLAIN.
Responsibilities
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Creating and publishing all marketing material in line with marketing plans
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
- Managing and optimizing lead generation campaigns, measuring results
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Preparing online marketing campaigns
- Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications
- Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
- Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
- Creating content and writing reports, press releases and similar documents
- Designing and organizing company’s participation in international events
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 10 years in a similar position
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Marketing
- Experience on developing and executing Marketing Plans
- Social media savvy
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
- Power user of Microsoft Office and especially PowerPoint
- Tech-savvy with the ability to effectively adopt new digital tools
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and methodologies
- Self motivation
