A Client Management Consulting Agency in Greece, with established collaborations in Banking, Insurance, Retail and Energy Industries, is seeking to hire a Business Consultant.
Responsibilities
As Business Consultant, your role in the team is to contribute to the delivery of diverse projects (across clients and industries related to:
- The setup or optimization of sales and servicing channels (i.e. Telemarketing Outbound, Telemarketing Inbound, Online, Direct Sales, etc.)
- The development of the business proposals for the design and execution of customer
-centric sales and marketing strategies - The development of the business proposals for the design of the customer value proposition and the processing mechanism of new loyalty programs
Qualifications & Skills
Required qualifications include:
- BS or MS in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales management and/or product management roles.
- Excellent use of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Completed military obligations (where applicable)
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to adapt to the business environment of diverse clients and industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a confident and positive attitude with a team environment and build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner both in Greek and in English.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with numbers.
- High degree of confidentiality and strong work ethic.
