Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager in ISS will be given the opportunity Grow ISS business in the Area of Thessaloniki via:
- Building strategic partnerships with new clients.
- This is a managerial role of increased responsibility, as it will ensure the implementation of corporate business growth agenda.

Key Accountabilities
- Expand business portfolio.
- Actively look for customer and industry insights.
- Articulate meaningful insights into relevant growth plans.
- Lead communication with clients and act as an essential key business contributor of theirs.
- Ensure service level agreement is delivered effectively as offered, even when the business environment is challenging.
- Recommend improvement actions where needed.
- Maintain a top line overview of day-to-day activities execution at required quality and agreed cost & timescales.
- Responsible for P&L and use of key financial indicators to make targeted business decisions.
- Enhance company result’s achievement and navigate with confidence under circumstances of increased ambiguity.
- Develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (customers, direct reports, local authorities, management team, colleagues).
Qualifications
- Prior experience of 3-5 years in Business Development position, in multinational environment, at a management level, preferably in service industry.
- University degree.
- Master’s / MBA would be a strong asset.
- English proficiency and PC/systems literacy.
- Strong knowledge of local services market.
- Driving license.
