Requirements
As a Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities and revenue growth strategies at retail counters. This sales position partners with local and area leadership to deliver strategies focused on revenue growth in support of business objectives in their assigned locations.
- Act as an internal expert and partner with Operational Leadership to help assess, measure and enhance the performance of revenue generation activities connected with counter sales effectiveness and customer service behaviors for the customer’s positive rental experience
- Partner with local managers to identify and analyze areas of revenue generation opportunities for products and/or services in support of business goals and to monitor the sales associates’ effectiveness throughout the process
- Demonstrate full understanding of effective customer service and sales concepts
- Consult, mentor and coach local managers and associates in areas that include revenue generation performance issues and overall sales effectiveness
- Identify and analyze areas of revenue generation opportunities for products and/or services in support of business goals and monitor locations overall effectiveness throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
If you have the profile of the Counter Sales Manager we are looking for, you need to have:
- More than 5 years of field sales and account management professional experience
- Bachelor degree or a Master in Business Administration
- Must have excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to travel 70-80%
- Excellent verbal and written command of the English language
- Proficient Computer skills, Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Able to work in a fast paced environment, outside the box thinker, flexible, adaptable to changing conditions, and be an excellent team player
