Yodeck is a next-generation Digital Signage service, born and raised on the Cloud. Yodeck enables anyone to leverage the power of the Raspberry Pi, their platform of choice, to deliver their message, content and information onto one or thousands of screens. Yodeck powers screens across the globe, with a great platform that its users and partners love.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to make sure yodeck’s users and partners make the best out of the service, and thus, driving our client’s business forward. In case you are selected, you will be in charge of a wide spectrum of activities that will complete yodeck’s (awesome) technology into a great service that everyone loves.
Responsibilities
Things you will be regularly working on include:
- Respond to inbound emails with support requests and sale/partnership opportunities, coordinating with the tech and sales teams
- Reach out to users and partners, based on usage patterns, trying to enhance their experience
- Generate useful content; including blogs, FAQs, screen-casts and user documentation for our service, working together with our copywriter
- Have calls with partners or large direct customers to present Yodeck and answer questions.
Qualifications
In order for you to be able to successfully carry out the duties of the job, you should possess the following:
- Fluency with English is an absolute must. You need to communicate verbally with ease, while your writing skills should be above average.
- English as a near-native language will be a huge plus
- Basic knowledge of other languages (esp. French, Spanish) will also be in your benefit
- A customer-oriented approach, with empathy being the key trait
- Technical background, or similar experience, will help a lot
