ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a multinational company leader in its field, is looking for an experienced marketing professional, passionate about new technologies and media, for the position of Digital Marketing Expert.

The Digital Expert will be responsible for the development of all digital marketing activities under Head of Marketing supervision and with the coordination of the brand teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize clear digital objectives for brands, creating and communicating brand targets and briefs together with the brand teams
  • Be responsible for the smooth running and completion of projects across social media, e-CRM, e-commerce, SEM and online media
  • Manage local e-CRM program in coordination with brand teams, Data Expert and agency
  • Ensure social media and content compliance to brand positioning and supervise community management
  • Follow closely the performance of all digital assets (websites, social media, online content)
  • Track actions and results through dedicated dashboards and reports and recommend corrective actions and optimizations, respecting planning and objectives
  • Review technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives
  • and raise awareness of his/her colleagues
  • Coordinate global and local projects with relevant teams
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and third party providers
  • Drive marketing best practices within the organization

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3- 5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or online PR agency or consumer branding environment
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape and how it can be used to support and develop the brands
  • Good experience and understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Experience of digital content management, SEM and SEO
  • Experience with digital media planning
  • Experience in e-CRM management and activation
  • Familiarity with brand marketing sites and social media assets (FB pages, mobile apps et.c)
  • Creative, technology savvy
  • Collaborative team player
  • Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
