In the Digital Communications & Social Media team there is currently the vacancy of Digital Media Specialist.

Responsibilities

The Digital Media Specialist coordinates the media planning of all digital activities ensuring performance optimization across channels. This role reports to the Head of Digital communication and social media and supports all operating markets.

This position brings along the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinates all digital media activities (paid and own) across markets, ensuring they are executed accurately and that the digital media plan supports the agreed communication objectives
  • Promotes and enhances online selling channels performance, via affiliate, real time bidding and search engine platforms
  • Ensures on time trafficking of digital ads
  • Creates and distributes tagging URLs, ensuring accurate tracking of performance
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital activities (ROI and KPIs) across channels, working closely with the Analytics team and external media vendors to ensure investment optimization
  • Ensures channels optimization, planning, executing and measuring experiments and conversion tests, along with other practices
  • Uses email sending platforms for the distribution of company’s messages to email database
  • Supports the development of a knowledge base aggregating all media activities (paid search, paid social media and emerging media)
  • Identifies trends and insights to optimize performance

And the following educational requirements and work experience:

  • University degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing
  • Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing will be considered an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in the digital media buying & planning space
  • Experience is required in: Programmatic strategy and execution, Monitoring and/ or Planning and Execution of paid search campaigns, DoubleClick Bid Manager, DoubleClick Campaign
  • Manager, AdWords and other DSP’s and media buying platforms preferred, Reporting and attribution tools, Microsoft Office suite specifically, Excel and PowerPoint and Pixels/tagging for digital campaigns
  • Familiarity with Oracle Responsys Marketing Suite, basic knowledge of HTML and experience with web analytical programs will be considered an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
