Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development of the e-commerce platform in new markets (Europe & Middle East)
- Responsible for the digital marketing strategy in new markets (Europe & Middle East)
- Responsible for the business development in new online sales channels and new markets
- Coordinating with and managing the e-commerce team in the Athens HQ
- Coordinating with the marketing and retail teams in order to develop full action plans
- Continuous monitoring of online activities, KPIs and reporting to top management for the development of the new markets & the KPIs in Greece
- Monitoring competition and benchmarking in order to continuously improve the e-shopping experience and functionality and to drive traffic and conversion
- Responsible for the online commercial and promotional planning (Newsletters, banner campaigns, special promotions)
- Cooperating with customer care and technical teams for bringing about optimum service
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a big e-commerce website
- Experience in fashion is desired but not mandatory
- Bachelor and master’s degree in business/ecommerce field
- Fluent English (extra language is a plus)
