lmw is seeking on behalf of an established advertising agency in Greece, a Group Account Director.
Responsibilities
- Manage effectively existing accounts by implementing strategic communication plans and challenging campaigns
- Lead teams productively to ensure timely and quality deliverables to the accounts
- Responsible for Corporate Communications, Marketing, Public
- Relations, Media Relations / Press Office, Crisis/Issues Management,
- Internal Communication, Event Management, Corporate & Brand PR (offline & online)
- Develop new strategic cooperation that maximize contribution to sales and profit targets
- Establish practices to maintain client satisfaction and excellent level of service
- Execute hands-on any creative task related to the services provided (create presentations, press releases, reporting)
- Participate in Executive and Board of Directors meetings and provide adequate reporting
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience on similar managerial position
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media, Public Relations or similar
- Excellent leadership, motivation and crisis management skills
- Effective communicator with great negotiations skills
- Excellent English skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to write briefs that clearly communicate clients’ objectives
- Capable of coordinating people involved in projects & ensure deadlines are met
- Strategic and creative mindset, able to generate fresh and engaging ideas
- Attention to detail
- Effective decision skills and taking up initiatives
- Ability to coordinate, train and develop the team
