Carky is a fast growing start-up in the mobility space. We are searching for the Head of Digital Marketing to join our dynamic team.
We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven individual to handle Online Marketing campaigns through a variety of digital channels such as Search Engines and Social Media. A suitable candidate must be also comfortable in analyzing and reporting campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day planning and execution of Digital Marketing acquisition initiatives via A/B testing, conversion analyses and improvement, content customization and optimization.
- Management Tracking, reporting and optimizing digital marketing performance against company and industry metrics on weekly basis.
- To continually analyze the market conditions as they evolve, identifying opportunities to increase business and assigning appropriate strategies to exploit such opportunities.
- Leading and planning the marketing strategy through digital marketing channels.
- Planning and executing integrated campaigns to ensure lead generation and goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Overview of all the social media channels (posts, comments, etc.). Cooperate with the Social Media Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years’ experience in similar role (experience in a Digital Agency is a plus).
- Experience with SEO, AdWords campaigns, Facebook Campaigns, Email Marketing.
- Expert knowledge of multi-channel acquisition strategies.
- Experience in the mobility sector (car rental, taxi app, etc.) is a plus.
- Marketing degree (desirable, not essential).
- Ability to solve problems creatively in a fast-paced environment, take initiative to achieve results, meet short deadlines and maintain a positive attitude.
