Responsibilities
Head of Treasury department is responsible for the accounting and administration of the treasury operations
- check/review accounting for transactions such as: tax, treasury bills, etc
- review and clear office and clearing accounts with the collaboration of settlement specialist
- check balance in ERP with various reports
- Ensure accuracy of bank movements and interest accruals
- prepare reconciliation pack of total treasury accounts for internal control department
- review reconciliations of treasury accounts and prepare relevant reports
- check/review monthly income and expense items
- prepare reconciliation of treasury products and other general ledger items
- review, monitor and record tax authorities payments
- is responcible for data-quality, follow up and maintenace
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 7 years of seniority in banking and accounting
- Bachelor in accounting and /or Treasury
- CFA, ACCA or ACI Operations Certificate will be considered a plus
- Computer literacy
- Analytical Skills
- Excellent command of English as a business language
- Ability to work with complex calculations
- Strong attention to detail
