Responsibilities
- Recommends and implements the HR strategy in line with the business strategy and priorities
- Holds responsibility for the recruiting life-cycle: brief from Line Managers, job announcements, identification and approach of passive candidates, 1st and 2nd round interviews, submission of short-list, reference checks, job offer, rejection notifications
- Manages the employee referral program, builds and maintains relationships with university career offices and represents the company in career events
- Owns the employees’ onboarding and exit process
- Administers/facilitates employees’ requests, manages employee relations and offers leadership advisory to the line management as necessary
- Develops and/or enhances HR policies and procedures, including talent acquisition and induction, goal setting and performance management, talent development, employee engagement, etc
- Establishes and implements the HR budget
- Oversees and improves all HR administrative process; collaborates with the Accounting function as necessary
- Collects and analyzes HR data, produces and monitors HR KPIs, and provides respective reports to the company’s management
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HRM roles of progressive responsibility
- Proven experience in talent acquisition roles as either in-house recruiter or consultant
- Prior experience in technology / start-up companies will be appreciated
- Knowledge of Greek labor legislation will be considered an asset
- Master’s degree in HR Management from a reputable University/College
- Fluency in English
- Strategic thinking combined with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to the management team and the line managers
- Hands-on, flexible and self-motivated, able to deliver results under limited supervision
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Well-developed communication skills, and ability to express concisely and to the point
- Professional integrity and business ethics
