Responsibilities

  • Working among different HR functions e.g. staffing & recruiting, compensation & benefits, performance mngt, training & development,organizational development
  • Focusing on talent acquisition, hiring-staffing, welcoming – on boarding, induction, rotation
  • Maintaining HRMS/ATS, ensuring the accuracy of data/records
  • Feeding & producing HR business analytics/metrics
  • Running HR/other Business Units’ common projects mainly within Technology field
  • Contributing on employment branding strategy e.g. Social Networking/Recruiting, Communities, Career events,Training schools, Best workplace

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor Degree e.g. Business Management, Economics, Marketing & Communications, Information Technology
  • Master Degree in Human Resources’ Management is necessary
  • 1-3 years of total relevant working experience, preferably in consulting/evolving/high-tech firms
  • Having worked in various HR projects, among different industries e.g. recruiting, talent acquisition, employment branding
  • Developed organizational & communication skills
  • Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Responsive and keen on organizational change
  • Always HR active & restless, remaining up to date
  • Able to work autonomously, take initiative and make decisions/proposals
  • Business & Customer Service oriented
  • Team player & helpful
