Loyalty Product Manager is responsible to sustain a profitable growth for Vodafone CU’s loyalty platform, introducing new strategic partnerships& executing state of the art handling/monitoring of existing partners. S/he will develop marketing plans to drive competitiveness for CU loyalty platform in Youth market, improving scheme penetration in CU customer base & implementing commercial loyalty activities based on agreed roadmap. S/he will report to the Youth Manager and will act as individual contributor in her/his role.
Responsibilities
- Key Accounts management – communication with partners in regular basis
- New partnerships negotiations
- Responsible for meeting targets, implementing strategies, developing marketing plan and roadmaps for CU loyalty platform
- Overview of CU loyalty platform communication materials
- Customer care- complaints handling
- Monthly reporting & business KPIs monitoring
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing/loyalty/PR/sales, with proven strong brand management, communications and/or sales skills
- Background in GTM responsibility
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Be innovative, extrovert, sharp, flexible, team player, with drive and motivation, strong customer focus
- Strong interpersonal skills are required to convey information, to motivate others, to influence and persuade and negotiate with internal and external partners
- Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Graduate degree – Master or MBA is considered a plus
- Very good command of Greek and English languages (spoken and written)
- Computer literate (MS Office)
