Responsibilities
- Analyzes customer base and translates opportunities into actionable recommendations
- Validates proper execution of database customer segments campaigns
- Assesses & reports KPIs to reflect customer’s behaviour on a regular basis
- Manages and maintains customer database and Data Systems
- Develops reports, statistics and analysis around existing customer activities
- Improves insights visibility to the business
Qualifications
- 1-3 years relevant experience in the area of Marketing in FMCG, Retail or Marketing Research
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing. Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing will be considered an asset
- Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken
- Excellent use of MS Office
- Familiarity with statistical skills will be considered an asset
- High ability to understand and analyze numerical data
- Strong problem solving with emphasis on analytical and conceptual thinking
- Excellent interpersonal and adaptive skills
