Responsibilities

  • Analyzes customer base and translates opportunities into actionable recommendations
  • Validates proper execution of database customer segments campaigns
  • Assesses & reports KPIs to reflect customer’s behaviour on a regular basis
  • Manages and maintains customer database and Data Systems
  • Develops reports, statistics and analysis around existing customer activities
  • Improves insights visibility to the business

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years relevant experience in the area of Marketing in FMCG, Retail or Marketing Research
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing. Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing will be considered an asset
  • Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken
  • Excellent use of MS Office
  • Familiarity with statistical skills will be considered an asset
  • High ability to understand and analyze numerical data
  • Strong problem solving with emphasis on analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal and adaptive skills
