As Product Owner for Fraud & Payment, you will be responsible to create, manage and deliver an amazing payment customer experience while ensuring our fraud risk and exposure is at a minimal level.

Together with the development team, you will focus on enhancing and improving our fraud prevention and detection mechanism in cooperation with the fraud analyst team.

You will also ensure our customers are able to pay using methods they prefer while revenue increases in our payment operations, in cooperation with our finance and commercial department. You will be responsible for the entire Product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

Responsibilities

  • Creates & maintains the product backlog. Prioritizes and sequences the Backlog according to business value and ROI
  • Creates project roadmap & user stories to communicate to the team the requirements and product goals
  • Manages all product releases new or not, throughout the project lifecycle to ensure quality and results
  • Monitors performance of implemented features as well as the whole product
  • Sets and monitors product and project KPIs and metrics
  • Gathers and analyses user or stakeholder needs to determine requirements
  • Identifies and manages cross-team dependencies
  • Communicates with stakeholders to identify needs and provide solutions
  • Identifies & presents innovative & creative product ideas to the stakeholders
  • Negotiates with stakeholders on a quarter level to define product goals and roadmaps
  • Communicates with any department involved in all implementations to ensure synchronization and transparency
  • Ensures company goals are translated into projects
  • Participates in the all scrum events
  • Leads, motivates and provides vision to the development team
  • Sets team objectives and ensures they are met
  • Motivates team to grow and reach its potential

Qualifications & Skills

Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum of three years experience in managing software products as Product Manger; ideally in areas of payment, fraud, banking
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area required
  • Excellent knowledge of web technologies and e-commerce practices
  • Domain knowledge, able to understand the “what” is being built. Be a business advocate
  • Experience with Scrum will be considered an asset
  • Advanced technical understanding. Any exposure above that is a plus
  • UX/UI oriented would be considered a plus
  • Data orientation would be considered a plus
  • Excellent command of English
