The Sportsbook Acquisition Manager will lead all customer acquisition activity for the Digital Sportsbook across all digital channels in terms of optimizing spend, increasing customer conversion rates and managing ROI throughout the acquisition funnel in targeted areas, so as to support the rapid growth of the digital business within the Group.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and oversees the implementation of the customer acquisition strategy so as to achieve maximum profit across all digital channels
  • Sets, meets and exceeds acquisition targets, profit targets and spend levels across all channels
  • Monitors goals and measures performance across all acquisition channels
  • Allocates budgets across channels to maximize profits
  • Ensures maximum volumes of customers are acquired from internal channels
  • Develops and improves predictive model for forecasting player life-time value in collaboration with Channel Value team
  • Ensures affiliate relationships are effectively managed and developed
  • Collaborates with all related parts (internal and external) in order to drive business and product strategy
  • Ensures that all Acquisitions’ digital assets remain aligned with the core brand values
  • Works with Product Managers to optimize conversion funnel for new customers
  • Ensures that best-practices for campaign optimization are implemented across all-channels
  • Establishes and maintains best practices for effective data mining and analysis across all acquisition activity
  • Implements new technologies and innovations to improve performance and efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. A Postgraduate Degree will be preferable
  • Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in customer acquisition role within online gaming industry or fast-paced e-commerce business is essential
  • Excellent understanding of all digital acquisition channels (Affiliates, PPC, Digital Display, SEO)
  • Knowledge of market rates for conversions, CPAs and LTVs within the online gaming industry
  • Proven experience in maximizing profits from customer acquisition activity
  • Excellent data analysis and revenue forecasting skills
  • Understanding of key commercial metrics that underpin gaming business
  • Extended knowledge in managing successful mobile acquisition campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both Greek and English and ability to confidently articulate reasons behind key decisions
  • Excellent team management skills
  • Effective management of multiple stakeholders and ability to influence decision makers
  • Attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Confident and ambitious with a can-do attitude
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in Microsoft Project
